Colors in HEALing

When u feel nervous, see the light colours especially light blue and light green. It can increase yr self-motivation , then u feel better and not so nervous. this is why when we cant calm down, go 2 forest or keep touch with nature , suddenly we feel calm and soothe.

When u feel afraid, see white or black color. It is vr effective. Because we afraid of sth, that thg mayb is not sure / unknown/ terrible, so we need a clear color that is either the darkess or the lightess.

When u feel excited, see some dark blue or dark green. It can help to reduce the excited feeling and turn better.

When u feel sad, see yellow color. Yellow color makes a person feel happy and lets us bcum more optimist.
There got summore other colors. But next time i continue write on. Now until here.
